- We do not access or monitor messages unless reported for violations.

- Advertisers must comply with advertising guidelines.

- Blue Tick retains all rights to its branding, trademarks, and software.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should first be resolved through our support team.
- If unresolved, legal action shall take place in Kroonstad, South Africa.

Blue Tick Community Guidelines
