Blue Tick is a product of Malgas Tech.

Welcome to Blue Tick. These Terms govern your use of the platform. By using Blue Tick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Account and Eligibility

1.1 Account Creation
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Blue Tick.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in any earning, monetization, or journalist program.
You are responsible for securing your account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

1.2 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.
You may delete your account at any time through settings.
We may remove accounts after prolonged inactivity.

2. User Conduct and Content

2.1 Acceptable Use
You may not.
• Post hate speech, harassment, violence, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Use bots, scrapers, or spam tactics.
• Violate any applicable law.

2.2 Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain ownership of your content.
By posting, you grant Blue Tick a worldwide, non exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content.
We may remove content that violates platform rules.

3. Platform Features

3.1 Posting and Interactions
Users may post text, images, videos, audio, and news articles.
Content may be moderated to protect platform safety.

3.2 Direct Messaging
Private messages must not be used for harassment, scams, or illegal activity.
Messages are not accessed unless reported.

3.3 Advertising and Monetization
Users may participate in monetization programs if eligible.
Advertisers must comply with platform policies.

4. Monetization, Post Earning, and Journalism Systems

4.1 Organic Post Earning
Blue Tick may reward users for organic posts based on genuine engagement.
We process engagement data such as views, impressions, likes, comments, and shares.
Artificial engagement, bots, paid traffic, or manipulation are prohibited.
Abuse may result in loss of earnings or account termination.
Earning decisions are determined by Blue Tick systems.

4.2 Post to Earn Programs
Post to earn programs track content performance to calculate rewards.
Engagement quality is prioritized over raw numbers.
Payment information is used only for payouts and is not shared with other users.

4.3 Journalist and News Contributor System
Eligible users may publish news articles and earn money.
Earnings are based on real views and impressions generated.
We process article content, metadata, views, impressions, and read duration.
Plagiarism, misinformation, misleading headlines, or artificial traffic are prohibited.
Violations may result in removal from the journalist program and forfeited earnings.

4.4 Age Requirement for Earnings
You must be at least 16 years old to earn money or points on Blue Tick.
We may request age verification.
Accounts found to be under 16 may be suspended. Earnings may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property
   Blue Tick owns its branding, trademarks, and software.
   Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
   Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
   We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and POPIA.
   Monetization data is processed for payouts, fraud prevention, auditing, and legal compliance.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
   Blue Tick is provided as is.
   We are not responsible for user generated content.
   Service availability is not guaranteed.

8. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes should first be raised with support.
   Legal proceedings take place in Kroonstad, South Africa.

9. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these Terms.
   Continued use means acceptance of updates.

Blue Tick Community Guidelines

Blue Tick promotes respectful, informed, and safe engagement.

1. Respectful Communication
   Treat others with respect.
   Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination is prohibited.

2. No Misinformation or Fake News
   Do not share false or misleading information.
   Use reliable sources for news.
   Misinformation may be reviewed or removed.

3. Responsible Content Sharing
   Allowed content includes text, images, videos, audio, and voice notes.
   Graphic violence, explicit content, or harmful material is prohibited.
   Do not post copyrighted content without permission.

4. No Spam or Malicious Activity
   No excessive promotion or spam.
   No phishing, scams, or deceptive behavior.
   No automated or unauthorized software use.

5. Privacy and Safety
   Do not share personal data without consent.
   Doxxing is prohibited.
   Report threats or suspicious behavior.

6. Community Engagement and Moderation
   Engage constructively.
   Report rule breaking content.
   Moderators may remove content or take action.

7. Enforcement and Penalties
