[email protected]1. Editorial Mission
Bluetick aims to provide engaging, truthful, and analytical coverage of global trends, cultural milestones, and community rankings. Our articles examine movements, spotlight emerging artists, sports stars, institutions, and travel destinations, and provide factual context behind community voting patterns.
2. Accuracy & Fact-Checking
All factual claims regarding entities, awards, biographies, company financial figures, or historical events are verified before publication. Writers must corroborate information against official registries, academic publications, reputable news sources, or confirmed institutional statements.
Our editorial workflow enforces multi-stage review: every staff or contributor article must pass editorial review (Draft → Review → Approved → Published) prior to appearing in public news feeds.
3. Sourcing & Attribution Standards
We believe in radical sourcing transparency. Wherever feasible, our articles and entity profiles link directly to the primary sources from which factual claims originate. Permitted source categories include:
- Official Registries: Government statistics, corporate filings, university directories, and sanctioning sports bodies.
- Academic & Scientific Publications: Peer-reviewed research, verified whitepapers, and international organization reports.
- Primary Datasets: Published verified datasets with stated methodologies.
- Reputable News Outlets: Recognized global and regional journalistic organizations.
4. AI-Assisted Content Policy
When automated technology or AI tools are utilized to assist in grammar checking, preliminary topic ideation, or statistical data structuring, human editors retain complete editorial accountability. Articles containing AI assistance are explicitly tagged with an AI-Assisted disclosure badge.
We strictly prohibit automated, unreviewed mass article generation. Repetitive, thin, or low-value automated articles are rejected by our content quality filters.
5. Corrections & Retractions
When an error of fact or attribution is identified, we correct it promptly and transparently. Substantive corrections include an editor's note detailing what was changed and why. Readers and subjects are encouraged to report inaccuracies via our public Corrections Desk.
6. Independence from Commercial Interests
Bluetick's editorial staff operates independently of our commercial partnerships and advertising sales teams. Editorial coverage cannot be bought, and negative factual coverage will not be withheld on behalf of advertisers.
